Overview: <p class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Your Role:</strong></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">This is a sales and service position to assist members and potential members with their Credit Union needs. This includes explaining services, matching products to member's needs, solving member issues, and processing loans. Member Services strives to establish relationships with Members so that Campus will be their primary financial institution.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css">&nbsp;</p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul class="ignore-global-css"> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Assists members with opening and closing accounts, answers questions about products and services and resolves problems that are within their authority. Refers problems that are beyond their authority to their supervisor, along with recommendations.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Processes and closes loans for members and identifies other lending products that will enhance the financial condition of the member.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Identifies cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell services to members.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Ensures all paperwork is completed accurately and submitted to recordkeeping according to Campus' policies and guidelines.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Maintains member account information on computer system.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Adheres to and follows all governmental policies and regulations.</span></li> <li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Performs other related duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul>
Responsibilities: <strong class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Hours for this position are Monday through Thursday from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm; Fridays rotating 8:45 am to 5:15 pm or 9:45 am to 6:15 pm; and 1 - 2 Saturdays per month from 845 am-1215 pm.<br /><br /></strong></strong> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css"><u class="ignore-global-css">Knowledge and Skills:</u></strong></span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Experience:</strong>&nbsp;One year to three years of similar or related experience. Previous Teller and/or customer service experience preferred.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Education:&nbsp;</strong>A high school education or GED is required. A college degree is a plus.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Interpersonal Skills:</strong>&nbsp;Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.</span></p> <p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Other Skills:</strong>&nbsp;Must possess proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products. NMLS registration is required.</span></p>
