Overview: <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <p>Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.</li> <li>Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.</li> <li>Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations.</li> <li>Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services.</li> <li>Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate.</li> </ul>
