Overview: <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <p>Assists the consumer lending area in processing and maintaining appropriate lien information on secured loans.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.</li> <li>Responsible for the filing of lien instruments on motor vehicles and other secured instruments pledged as collateral security.</li> <li>Provides prompt handling of direct, phone and written inquiries or requests from members and coworkers.</li> <li>Assist in proper filing of GAP insurance claims and timely follow-up with insurance company and members for claim resolution.</li> <li>Perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</li> <li>Basic understanding of BSA requirements - OFAC, CIP, Patriot Act.</li> </ul>
