You will manage the lobby experience, answer calls, and help ensure a welcoming, professional environment.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions and concerns.</li> <li>Answer and route incoming calls professionally.</li> <li>Monitor the lobby, maintain a clean and inviting environment.</li> <li>Support marketing and sales efforts, including tours, inquiries, and Lead Management Program tasks.</li> <li>Assist the business office with resident documentation and file maintenance.</li> <li>Encourage resident participation in community activities.</li> <li>Report elder maltreatment or abuse as required.</li> <li>Follow and communicate company policies and procedures.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Previous experience in customer service or answering phones preferred.</li> <li>Must be 18 years or older.</li> <li>First Aid certification required.</li> <li>Compassion for and enjoyment of working with older adults.</li> <li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Resourceful, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, and email.</li> </ul>
