Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Monitors and tracks facility data to identify trends, needs and opportunities for improvement.</li> <li>Tracks and reports energy efficiencies and opportunities.</li> <li>Analyzes space needs and plans office layouts.</li> <li>Maintains and oversees repair of existing building systems, equipment, and components. Monitors and evaluates the performance of systems and equipment.</li> <li>Coordinates facilities-related projects including coordination of various stakeholders, development of project plans, and monitoring progress and project expenses.</li> <li>Selects, contracts, and manages relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers for facility-related services, such as maintenance, repairs, security, cleaning, and landscaping. This involves negotiating contracts, monitoring performance, and ensuring quality of service delivery.</li> <li>Provides technical MEP knowledge and diagnoses building system issues; on call to respond to emergency issues.</li> <li>Monitors and ensures compliance with all safety codes and regulations, analyzes, and resolves facility and infrastructure issues monitor and evaluate the performance of systems and equipment.</li> <li>Trains, develops, evaluates, and manages facilities staff and reviews their work for sufficiency of scope and accuracy.</li> <li>Develops the facilities budget including forecasting and tracking expenses related to maintenance, repairs, utilities, and other facility related costs. Identifies cost-saving opportunities and makes recommendations to optimize resource allocations.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>General knowledge of accounting/financial principles, industry standard, internal controls, and internal audit practices.</li> <li>Attention to detail.</li> <li>Basic skill level in Microsoft Office applications.</li> <li>Ability to review and prioritize maintenance requests and follow up in a timely manner.</li> <li>Time management and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to build relationships.</li> <li>Strong Customer Service skills, patience, and tact.</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree, preferably in a related field such as facilities management, business administration or a similar area&nbsp;</li> <li>Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or similar field, or any combination of both.</li> </ul> <p>Capital Farm Credit is the largest rural lending cooperative in Texas, providing credit and other related services to farmers, ranchers, rural home owners, and agribusinesses with over $12 billion in total assets and over 600 team members.
