As an Anthem subsidiary, we benefit from the scale&nbsp;and resources one of America&rsquo;s largest managed healthcare organizations.<br /><br /><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">The CareMore Growth/Business Development Executive (DBG Exec Growth Mktg &amp; Comm) role</span></strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">&nbsp;is responsible for the development and execution of CareMore&rsquo;s growth strategy with CareMore leadership, leading to the identification and acquisition of new business that will meet the company's revenue and profitability goals. Will organize and lead all new business development, including efforts with new and existing clients, across all customer channels; while also ensuring direct alignment with the CareMore business plan, product roadmap, and ongoing client engagement activities.<br /><br /><strong><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Anthem, Inc. is ranked as one of America&rsquo;s Most Admired Companies among health insurers by Fortune magazine and is a 2018 DiversityInc magazine Top 50 Company for Diversity.&nbsp;</span></strong></span><br /></span>
Responsibilities: <div><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:</span></div> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Identify, target, and secure new business from existing/new clients to achieve goals in growth, profitability, and strategic value.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Blend market validation research, key constituent outreach and traditional sales prospecting to attain key market insights, pipeline and supportive positioning that will bolster CareMore&rsquo;s product selling strategies and communications that will communicate the CareMore value proposition.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Synthesize external validation studies and internal perspectives, analysis and reports to build growth playbooks that lay out the sale and marketing road to success.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Manages and coordinates growth-related marketing and communication activity.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Establishes sales and supporting functions for new client and new market growth.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Supports proposal response and content development for growth related initiatives.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.</span></li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Requires a BA/BS; 10+ years of experience in health care services, strategy and market development, consulting, and investment and partnerships; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">MBA Preferred.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Ideal candidate will have business development/growth experience in a high-growth care delivery/managed healthcare focused organization.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Travel required on average is about 3 days a week.&nbsp; About 60% travel.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: small;">Location preferences are Cerritos/Los Angeles, CA, New York City, NY or any other CareMore market location.&nbsp; However, other locations will be considered for the ideal candidate.</span></li> </ul>
