Manager

Overview: Implements the community outreach and retention strategies to achieve the marketing and retention goals and to further support the efforts to reach potential members and connect them to company services.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <div><span style="font-family: Arial; font-size: medium;">Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: &nbsp;</span></div> <div> <ul> <li>Develop &amp; execute community outreach plan.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Recruit and hire staff including training, coaching, feedback &amp; monitoring.&nbsp;</li> <li>Establish and maintain relationships with targeted providers including growth &amp; retention strategies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Promote the company's services to community and faith based organizations.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop regional public relationship plan to expand the program messaging and promote community activities.&nbsp;</li> <li>Measure &amp; track results through score carding and identify root causes that will enable assigned retention targets to be met within assigned area.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Deliver presentations, attends meetings, and distributes educational materials to member and non-members.&nbsp;</li> <li>Meet and present to county and community officials.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and manage area budget.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div>
Requirements: <span style="font-family: arial;"><span style="font-size: medium;">Qualifications</span></span> <div> <ul> <li>Requires BA/BS degree in marketing, public health, health education or other related discipline, 5 years related experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.</li> <li>Requires exceptional networking &amp; negotiations skills, and strong public speaking/presentation skill, and previous consumer marketing and/or grassroots/community outreach experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Bilingual preferred.</li> </ul> </div>
