Responsibilities: <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Development of prospective client organizations in need of Executive Search support through:</p> <p>Outreach to potential hiring managers, HR leaders as the first pitch for scheduling a meeting for Business Partner</p> <p>Create messaging to capture audience and entice interest of executive search services</p> <p>CRM management including creation of prospective records in system, updating response information, update follow up calendaring etc..</p> <p>Supporting Business Partner in the customization of sales presentations as needed.</p> <p>Researching industry trends and organizations in the news to develop leads</p> <p>Meeting with Business Partner to establish target quotas and closing goals</p> <p>Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers</p> <p>Communicating openly, honestly and constructively</p> <p>Treating all team members and clients with dignity, respect and courtesy</p> <p>Taking responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems</p> <p>Asking for information needed to perform job responsibilities</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications and Skills </strong></p> <p>Previous business development/lead generation experience helpful</p> <p>At least 2+ years of experience in a business development role Demonstrate a tenacious, day-in/day-out drive to exceed business goals</p> <p>Identify and implement strategies to expand the customer base and enter new markets.</p> <p>Ability to define, communicate, and implement a compelling customer value proposition</p> <p>Excellent oral and written communication skills</p> <p>Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills<br /><br />International background and mindset&nbsp;(through living/working) helpful</p> <p>Foreign language skills are a plus</p>
