Overview: <p>As General Manager for US Sales, you will hold the P&amp;L responsibility for the USA organization which is selling across the nation through direct and partner channels.&nbsp; The organization has had some good successes in the region, developing good client relationships, but the potential to grow sales and take the US market to next level is exciting and realistic.&nbsp;&nbsp; As the GM for the US, you will work with a team which has a mix of talents and tenure.&nbsp; Your ability to develop the team to support growth initiatives will be critical to the success of your role.&nbsp;&nbsp; Additionally, you should have a personal drive and passion to be hands on in selling too.</p> <p>Our client&rsquo;s machinery is highly technical and innovative.&nbsp; They are bringing to market frequently the next generation and new innovations of their product which include technology through digitalization and connectivity.&nbsp;&nbsp; This is indeed an exciting opportunity and very interesting company to join for someone with a high technical affinity!&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p>Lead the US Subsidiary for sales, after sales service and US support functions</p> <p>Manage US P&amp;L - analyze KPI&rsquo;s, ensure excellent ROI, manage top and bottom line growth</p> <p>Maintain key customers for US market</p> <p>Represent US business at trade events, key client acquisitions, and as GM to HQ</p> <p>Develop and execute US market strategy in collaboration with HQ commercial leadership</p> <p>Grow market share through deep dive analysis of business, market need, opportunities and development of strategy</p> <p>Work closely with sales teams in US to uncover potential and further existing relationship through B2B channels</p> <p>Assess and develop strong partner relationships.&nbsp; Build partner strategy to drive sales through partner channels</p> <p>Mentor, develop and coach sales teams to promote and excite high performing sales teams</p>
