Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications and skills &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Excellent and proven leadership skills in managing complex teams with the ability and insight to motivate and challenge direct reports.</p> <p>Some experience with Sales, Marketing and Business Development in previous roles.</p> <p>Comprehensive understanding of operational processes.</p> <p>Sound track record of project management experience that is construction/installation related.</p> <p>Strong strategic skills.</p> <p>Capacity to learn and implement important change initiatives.</p> <p>Clear communicator of strong expectations, excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p> <p>Ability to coach and develop a team, also leadership capacity to hold people accountable.</p> <p>Capability to successfully interact with a diverse group of individuals from various international, multicultural teams.</p> <p>Ability to enforce ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001 Standards</p> <p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p> <p>10 years minimum experience in the field service industry within refining or petrochemical industries.</p> <p>Operational process experience critical.</p> <p>Strong safety experience.</p>
