Responsibilities: <p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Objectives</strong></p> <p>Fosters, coordinates, executes, monitors the business unit strategic direction</p> <p>Develop and execute sales growth strategy.&nbsp;&nbsp; Lead sales team to develop EMEIA region</p> <p>Sets improvements for the business unit continuous improvement plan</p> <p>Manages and develops people within the business unit while ensuring focus on the overall business unit strategy</p> <p>Maintain timelines in a very process and project focused environment</p> <p>Ensures organizational alignment to business objectives and priorities</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications and skills &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Excellent and proven leadership skills in managing large and complex teams</p> <p>Budget responsibility and/or experience managing a P&amp;L</p> <p>Ability to learn important change initiatives</p> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p> <p>Detail oriented and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently</p> <p>Complex problem skills and able to identify, develop and implement solutions</p> <p>Highly organized and superior time management skills, especially in times of stress</p> <p>Fluent in German and English; fluency in French a plus.</p> <p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p> <p>Master&rsquo;s Degree in Process or Chemical Engineering preferred</p> <p>10 years minimum experience in the industrial sector in a commercial leadership role.</p> <p>Some experience working in a technical position or operations management important.</p> <p>Experience working in an international environment, preferably with Europe, Eastern Europe, India, and the Middle East</p>
