Overview: <p>This is a rare and exciting role to be a part of the urban transition into electric vehicle support! Our client is developing new business strategies around electric fleet and vehicle support as well as power&nbsp;generation. This role will be a critical expert on the team in determining international opportunities for expansion. The ideal candidate will bring knowledge of the technology, subsidies, and regulations in one or many markets. This role will develop data-backed business cases and marketing plans for all EV initiatives. It will also be responsible for forming meaningful connections to internal and external stakeholders in different countries where our client is operating.<br /> <br /> This role offers extensive international exposure and the ability to make a difference in how urban residents move and become more sustainable. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop the product strategy for all business models related to: fleet charging, EV charging, micro battery charging, and electric power generation</li> <li>Develop business propositions in 13 countries around Europe focused on both B2B and B2C</li> <li>Advance the role of our client in the value chain for charging use cases including ongoing checking and enhancement (i.e. authentication and payment technologies)</li> <li>Monitor the performance of existing EV charging footprint</li> <li>Together with Marketing function, set up and develop plans to push EV transactions</li> <li>Establish and maintain connections to relevant external stakeholders such as roaming platforms, payment providers, aggregators, and so on</li> <li>Analyze the competitive environment for our client company as well as key business partners</li> <li>Screen and understand the governmental subsidy programs in all countries applicable to our client to ensure opportunities are maximized</li> <li>Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders: IT, Marketing, and Operations</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Good understanding of digital relations &amp; platform technologies across Europe</li> <li>1-5 years&rsquo; experience in the &ldquo;Electric Charging&rdquo; environment</li> <li>Track record of implemented charging hubs / solutions in European country/countries</li> <li>Very sound and comprehensive knowledge regarding legal requirements and subsidies within electrical vehicle charging eco-system and governmental programs, preferably on European level</li> <li>Basic understanding of electric requirements (i.e. grid connections, load balancing, capacity planning)</li> <li>International working experience and understanding of headquarter &ndash; country relations ideal</li> <li>P&amp;L understanding and Business development skills</li> <li>Familiar with Urban life-style and transportation dynamics</li> <li>Ability and willingness to travel as needed within Europe</li> <li>English fluency a must, German and other European languages ideal</li> </ul>
