Overview: The CCO will develop and execute the America&rsquo;s strategic direction ensuring continued growth through B2B channels for this functionally matrixed organization.&nbsp;&nbsp; <p>Your expertise and success in developing and coaching high performing teams comprised of regional sales and Key Account Managers is essential. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;As CCO, you will hold the responsibility for the legal entities across the Americas, as well as some direct responsibility for select application business in the region.</p> <p>The CCO Americas will also be an Executive Board Member of this global organization.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p>Development of region market strategy</p> <p>Market responsibility and overall co-responsibility in defining Group organization and strategy.</p> <p>Leadership of revenue generation, target achievement, customer care and delivery.</p> <p>Defines region market growth plan including the development and execution of regional and key account opportunities to strengthen existing ties and grow market share through new business.</p> <p>Practices and fosters active collaboration across functional and geographic areas to assure customer satisfaction, sales growth and high qualitative customer delivery.</p> <p>Supports and oversees specific Key Account Core Teams in developing and expanding existing key customers which results in mutually prospering and sustainable partnerships.</p> <p>Conducts analysis and takes action to correct unsatisfactory conditions, directs action deemed to accomplish forecasted objectives.</p> <p>Oversees the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives fore relevant product applications to achieve future business success.</p> <p>Develops an engaged and high performing workforce and provides the next generation leaders from/within the Americas region. &nbsp;</p> <p>Ensures proper staffing in areas of responsibility and creates a group-aligned working culture.</p> <p>Oversees Legal Entity Management through business reviews and for all regulatory and compliances related matters; assures communication to/within the area of responsibility and conducts quarterly review sessions at all entities within the region.</p>
Requirements: <p>University degree (preferably Mechanical Engineering) and MBA</p> <p>15+ years of experience in a Sales Leadership function, preferably in manufacturing of products and/or components for automotive industry</p> <p>&nbsp;5+ years demonstrated experience as senior executive with operational and strategic management responsibility in different geographies/countries</p> <p>Experience living and working through an International Assignment</p>
