Responsibilities: <p>&nbsp;</p> <div>&nbsp;</div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Develop new business and build long-lasting relationships with your existing client base</p> <p>Ability to partner with companies C-Level Executives</p> <p>Collaborate and consult with the clients in defining job requirements, corporate culture fit and the candidate's competencies</p> <p>Conduct short listed candidate interviews prescreened by your internal recruiting team</p> <p>Help generate and present C.O.I. solutions to client&rsquo;s search needs</p> <p>Define, communicate, and implement a compelling customer value proposition which will support your ability to meet established sales quotas and revenue goals&nbsp;</p> <p>Develop and lead presentations to potential clients</p> <p>Research, develop &amp; maintain sales &amp; marketing plans</p> <p>Manage sales activity through CRM tool</p> <p>Maintain up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends &amp; government regulations</p> <p>Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers</p> <p>Communicate openly, honestly and constructively</p> <div> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <p>&nbsp;</p>
