Responsibilities: <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage accounting and finance team members</li> <li>Drive operational and cost analysis and cost accounting activities for the Americas region</li> <li>Manage treasury</li> <li>Provide analytical insights and guidance to corporate management team to support the development and implementation of strategic goals that affect profitability and operations of the company</li> <li>Create policies and procedures for all financial matters</li> <li>Responsible for all financial reporting involving audit, internal, external and government, also for payroll and taxes including timely filing of all required returns</li> <li>Manage and organize the planning, budgeting and forecasting processes from input received from all functional areas</li> <li>Determine the financial goals, constraints and offer strategic direction on company policy relating to compensation and benefit plans</li> <li>Other special assignments as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Reports to EVP Finance &amp; Administration</strong></p>
