A special attention to pricing and margin will be necessary. The ideal candidate will bring an integrated mix of managing sales, engineering, sourcing, quality and customer support competences (manufacturing reports elsewhere). Responsibilities: <div class="page" title="Page 2"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <ul> <li>Maintains overall responsibility for go-to-market strategy of the North America region</li> <li>Develops new customers in line with the organization's strategy and financial targets, developing, maintaining and optimizing customer portfolio focusing on sustainable and profitable growth</li> <li>Establishes strong functional competence and excellence across the entire customer journey, from business development up to customer support</li> <li>Maintains company profitable growth through maximizing profits, focusing on products pricing and costs, leveraging global supply chain footprint and the established customer success teams of the North America region</li> <li>Develops and builds high-performing teams fully focused on enhancing the customer experience and achieving the ambitious growth plans of North America, coaching and mentoring them to the expected levels of excellence</li> <li>Introduces KPI management</li> <li>Explores innovative opportunities to enhance and expand the service offering up or down-stream the value chain of customers. Specifically around the idea of engaging with the customers in early stage, during the product development phase or later during the end-of-life cycle</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
Requirements: <div class="page" title="Page 2"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, engineering and or industrial management</li> <li>Further business education: marketing &amp; sales, business, management ideal</li> <li>10+ years of successful commercial leadership, sales, and business development experience, ideally in the industrial electronic manufacturing world</li> <li>A strong fit with hands-on cultures, operating in structures of small &amp; mid-sized companies and in a fast paced private equity environment are must requirements of this position</li> <li>Charismatic leadership personality, a strong motivator, coach and mentor to the team</li> <li>Convincing correspondent to external and internal audiences, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Entrepreneurial driven mindset, pragmatic, strong customer oriented</li> <li>Innovative, exploring opportunities to enhance and expand the service offering to customers</li> <li>A high-energy and results-oriented individual, with strong analytical skills driven to succeed</li> <li>An ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling many different initiatives simultaneously</li> <li>Availability to travel domestically, and occasionally internationally</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
