Overview: <p>This opportunity will provide the incumbent with a chance to be part of the global marketing team responsible for promoting a variety of top-quality product lines and services at a regional level, in a fast-paced, mid-sized, growing organization. The Product Marketer will develop marketing strategies in collaboration with various teams, including product management, engineering, sales and marketing. In addition, the selected candidate will create annual strategic plans for marketing activities and events, while formulating messages and implementing campaigns. Will also play a key role on customizing content for various marketing channels (website, e-blast, social media), leading to execute comprehensive strategies. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Planning and implementing communication measures of existing solutions, and products positioning on relevant markets</li> <li>Implementing marketing campaigns, advertising measures throughout different marketing channels (website, eblast, social media)</li> <li>Preparing product launches with appropriate promotional material (data sheets, brochures, presentations, videos, images)</li> <li>Organizing and executing trade shows, external and digital events with distributors, customers</li> <li>Reviewing evaluating, and documenting the effectiveness of product marketing measures based on predefined KPIs</li> <li>Updating product data on all venues posted, as well as in the product information system</li> <li>Collaborating in the design and update of current website</li> <li>Participating in global marketing projects</li> <li>Serving as a subject matter expert for product marketing questions, if necessary, as well as planned marketing strategies training</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Education or further training with focus on marketing</li> <li>At least 3 years of experience in a comparable function in a B2B environment, preferably within the industrial goods industry in an international environment</li> <li>High IT affinity for online applications and software programs like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CMS web programs (Sitecore, SharePoint), social media (LinkedIn) and digital advertising (E-blasts), preferably with a good understanding of digital marketing tools and campaigns</li> <li>Confident writing style</li> <li>Great organizational skills, self-starter, creative, customer oriented as well as technical interest</li> </ul>
