Catheter experience is required.</p> <p>This Business Development role is less about hunting new clients and more about growing an exciting new business area for our client. The ideal candidate will come from the medical technology/product contract manufacturing world (on either side of the table). You will use your knowledge to win over business with new and existing clients. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to start on the ground floor as a strong commercial group in the United States is developed!</p> <p>This position will be challenging and rewarding with many opportunities to grow long-term!</p> </div> </div> </div> </div>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Maintains existing accounts and gains new customers by demonstrating deep technical product knowledge</li> <li>Manages contracts including drafting and updating agreements</li> <li>Ensures revenue, profitability and customers&rsquo; service levels are met</li> <li>Reviews customer satisfaction on a periodic basis</li> <li>Readies and executes yearly sales and profitability targets</li> <li>Develops business models; stays informed of customer opportunities, current business conditions, potential prospects, and competitive issues</li> <li>Oversees end to end value chain from budgeting to quotation to cost control together with Key Accounts and Project Management</li> <li>Manages supply &amp; demand cycle and reporting</li> <li>Coordinates with Business Development, Key Account and Project Management teams on new accounts and projects</li> <li>In charge of risk management by out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills to prevent legal and cost impacts to projects and programs</li> <li>Other duties and responsibilities as agreed between the Business Development Manager and the Director of Business Development</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Bachelors degree</li> <li>Technical foundation a must.</li> <li>Ability to translate strategy into tactical implementation; collaborate and influence a global team to execute</li> <li>Analytical and Problem-Solving skills</li> <li>Ability to present to various groups including technical and commercial stakeholders at different levels of the organization externally and internally</li> <li>Adaptability and ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment within a global organization</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>In the absence of any skillset, a strong willingness to learn! <div class="page" title="Page 2">&nbsp;</div> </li> </ul>
