Responsibilities: <div class="page" title="Page 1"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <ul> <li>Lead the Customer Success Management teams in Mexico</li> <li>Serve as the customer-facing, local representative of the company&rsquo;s customer organization</li> <li>Provide local leadership to the teams</li> <li>Manage customer relationships comprehensively, overseeing programs for both, existing and new customers</li> <li>Manage portfolios to drive growth, profitability, and cash flow</li> <li>Collaborate with colleagues in other regions to support business operations in Mexico</li> <li>Establish strong local Customer Success Management leaders/team in close collaboration with the Management Team</li> <li>Position and represent the company effectively to foster strong relationships with customers</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
