Reporting directly to the CFO, this position is responsible for all accounting, controlling, treasury and local tax matters. Responsibilities: <div class="page" title="Page 1"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <ul> <li>Prepare financial statements and reports for Group Accounting and Group Controlling in a timely manner</li> <li>Support local management with revenue and cost analytics to optimize costs and support growth strategies</li> <li>Lead operational reporting and provide management with timely, analytical, and clear reports on a regular basis</li> <li>Serve as a sparring partner of the Slovenian Managing Director on business development, revenue analysis, and reporting matters</li> <li>Act as an authorized signatory under Slovenian law, representing the company in conjunction with the Managing Director</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
Requirements: <div class="page" title="Page 2"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <ul> <li>Degree in business administration/economics</li> <li>7+ years of overall experience in Finance (international accounting, controlling, and financial management)</li> <li>Preferably, experience in the international retail industry</li> <li>Profound knowledge in financial controlling</li> <li>Robust knowledge in accounting (IFRS and local GAAP)</li> <li>Experience in an international consulting firm</li> <li>Experience with ERP systems is advantageous</li> <li>Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting complex data</li> <li>Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset</li> <li>Collaborative nature and excellent communication abilities</li> <li>Proficient in Slovenian and English, German is a plus</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
