Responsibilities: <div class="page" title="Page 2"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <ul> <li>Creating and executing a comprehensive strategic sales plan oriented to expand the customer base and extend their global reach</li> <li>Achieving company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts</li> <li>Setting strong and comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Metrics based on the following criteria: Sales Growth, Revenue Targets, Customer Retention , Market Penetration, Pipeline Management, Customer Satisfaction and Competitive Analysis (Continuously analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences to adapt the sales strategy)</li> <li>Developing and proactively managing the sales organization and team</li> <li>Measuring and improving customer satisfaction levels through continuously monitoring the customer&rsquo;s voice</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
