Overview: <p>As our client continues to grow globally, the demand for continued excellence within their premium customer experience mission remains at the forefront.&nbsp;&nbsp; As a result, they are adding a <strong>Director Logistics Excellence</strong> to oversee &nbsp;demand coordination, forecasting, equipment and parts exporting and management of their customer care teams around the world to drive new and more efficient ways of working.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>This role is all about change</strong>.&nbsp;&nbsp; We are looking for an experienced logistics and customer service professional who holds the value and passion to ensure the customer is first.&nbsp; This leader will have proven experience in &nbsp;developing and implementing state-of-the-art technology backed solutions in the order management process (start to finish) through efficient digital technology.&nbsp;&nbsp; A background in international logistics is critical as you will be hands-on in solving problems and ensuring orders are processed through automation tools in this complex international business with locations around the world.&nbsp; The ability to execute best in class service to the customer is at the core of this role.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p>Customer Care Operations Management</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Accountable for global order management</li> <li>Relationship with distribution partners and end users to assess needs and address issues before they arise</li> <li>Business process re-engineering, strategic projects leadership</li> <li>Drive customer service operations to support profit and customer value increase</li> <li>Work and communicate cross functionally with leadership to ensure best in class service</li> <li>Engage, coach, develop and hire team members</li> <li>Data analysis to look for key trends, patterns and insights</li> </ul> <p>Customer Experience Strategy</p> <ul> <li>Provide innovative thinking to improve organizational capabilities and implement e-solutions globally for parts and equipment order management</li> <li>Influence strategic direction of company as it relates to customer development, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty</li> <li>Benchmark products and services against competition</li> <li>Leverage appropriate technology enhancements to support growth of sales, profits and customer loyalty</li> <li>Project management of customer experience initiatives</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p>
