Requirements: <div class="page" title="Page 2"> <div class="section"> <div class="layoutArea"> <div class="column"> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in injection molding, packaging, or medical manufacturing industries</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred</li> <li>Proven track record of new business development and account management, with the ability to identify, acquire, and retain customers</li> <li>Strong negotiation and sales skills, with experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals</li> <li>Technical acumen to understand and communicate the value of injection molding solutions in the medical sector</li> <li>Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time to visit clients, attend industry events, and drive regional growth</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li> <li>Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting for tracking opportunities and pipeline management</li> <li>Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Medical Sales Certification (MSC), Six Sigma, or industry-specific credentials are a plus but not required</li> </ul> </div> </div> </div> </div>
