Overview: <p>We are seeking an HR leader who has experienced working for a world class HR group.&nbsp; &nbsp;The HR Director for this role approaches this as an opportunity to drive creative solutions through a hands-on approach.&nbsp; The HR Director will support the global commercial group for a specific business unit within our client&rsquo;s global organization.&nbsp;&nbsp; Your ability to partner with and support senior management to develop creative solutions is essential.&nbsp; Driving change, organizational performance and culture to the next level is a top priority.&nbsp; The structure in our client&rsquo;s organization is supported by COE&rsquo;s so you can focus on your time as a business partner. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;This is an individual contributor role with high visibility!</p>
Responsibilities: <p>Support commercial leadership through team integration and organizational changes</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Act as talent advisor to support strong succession planning for business</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Ensure continued growth of employee engagement&nbsp; and experience</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Work closely with the COE teams supporting topics in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management &amp; Review, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits to ensure client groups business objectives and people agendas are met</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Support change across global business transformation initiatives</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Ensure highest of level organizational structure and talent are in place to support business strategy through leading and supporting the commercial leadership</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Strategize to ensure a successful D&amp;I culture</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Work closely with the total rewards COE to help guide compensation practices and facilitate compensation reviews as needed</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Partner with the senior commercial leadership team for the business unit</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications and skills </strong></p> <p>Extensive Organizational Development, Leadership Development and Talent Management background</p> <p>Strong change agent</p> <p>Creative, resourceful, hands-on</p> <p>Ability to work in multi-cultural, global team and the nuances that come along with this</p> <p>Collaborative, confident, communicative, action oriented, deadline sensitive</p> <p>Ability to make decisions even when facing ambiguity</p> <p>Able to give and receive direct feedback</p> <p>Ability to influence others and work across international cultures</p> <p>Project management experience and ability to develop process</p> <p>Strong relationship builder, supportive</p> <p>Passion for continuous improvement</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education and experience</strong></p> <p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, HR or relevant field required</p> <p>MBA or MS HRM highly desired</p> <p>12+ years&rsquo; experience in HR with a well-rounded experience, including Generalist</p> <p>Experience supporting sales or marketing as HRBP</p> <p>International mindset, ideally experienced supporting global business</p> <p>Previous experience in a start up or turn around helpful</p> <p>M&amp;A experience helpful</p>
