Overview: <p>We are looking for a results-oriented, dead-line sensitive, dynamic individual who enjoys recruiting in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp; As a member of our global team, you will play an integral part of sourcing high level executives through various outlets including job boards, social media sites, internet research, phone calls and networking.&nbsp;&nbsp; Your understanding of global business, functional expertise and general industry knowledge will be critical in successfully identifying viable candidates. Previous executive recruiting experience is an advantage but not required.</p> <p>The successful candidate will need the ability to fully understand our business model, strategy and approach to market as well as be flexible in stepping into new roles to support business operations.</p>
Responsibilities: <p>Source potential candidates utilizing various technologies, including but not limited to internet, social media, phone solicitation, job boards, referrals</p> <p>Develop new business and build long-lasting relationships with client and candidates</p> <p>Maintain up-to-date awareness of activities and industry trends in recruiting</p> <p>Source candidates in volumes to identify ideal fits for our clients</p> <p>Generate interest in recruiting process with top-level prospective candidates who meet the soft and technical qualifications</p> <p>Generate weekly reports of progress utilizing technology and reporting processes</p> <p>Maintain applicant tracking system with daily activities</p> <p>Communicate quickly and efficiently with candidates, clients and team members</p>
Requirements: <p>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in business or related field.&nbsp;&nbsp; MBA preferred</p> <p>International experience helpful</p>
