Responsibilities: <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Working within a matrix team across category management, marketing, logistics and engineering, drive critical projects tied to business strategy</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Will be sounding board and provide advice to CEO and senior management team for North America</p> <p>Will participate in the development of new policy and administration of policy across the operations.</p> <p>Drive change through consultative methods</p> <p>Manage special projects and strategic initiatives directed by CEO through influence to cross functional teams within engineering, marketing and logistics</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Support CEO on external client focused projects</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Will delegate duties and responsibilities as appropriate</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Manage key meeting preparation and facilitation</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Will identify potential issues and raise questions with executive management</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Reports to CEO North American business</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <div>&nbsp;</div>
