Senior Manager

Overview: <p>As the Provider Contracting Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting the negotiations team in identifying and addressing important contracting strategy for pharma manufacturing companies and retailers in the US and Europe.&nbsp; You will guide the team to understand and interpret the contracts, but also work closely with the business development group in staying abreast of market changes and make contracts recommendations accordingly.&nbsp;&nbsp; Your ability to be creative with new ideas or concepts is essential.&nbsp;</p> <p>This opportunity is a great springboard for your future career development as this position is expected to be a high-level individual contributor with potential to further develop.</p>
Responsibilities: <p>Work closely with negotiations teams and Sr Contracts Advisor to determine vision of business direction, strategy, contracts objectives and how to present to clients</p> <p>Work across functions in collaborative manner (finance, business development, marketing, sales, product management, senior leadership)</p> <p>Will manage the legal language content for business issues with support from senior advisor</p> <p>Will build and maintain relationships with internal and external contacts as a first contact to pharma</p> <p>Leverages knowledge across client accounts in order to be able to provide feedback to negotiations teams</p> <p>Provides quantitative data reflecting the entire scope and impact of budgets, sales revenue, profits, product adjustments and clients served</p> <p>Will develop and demonstrate an understanding of the agreements in order to&nbsp; provide critical thinking capabilities for negotiations while keeping company&rsquo;s best interest at forefront.</p> <p>Manage special projects as assigned</p> <p>Participate in other strategic initiatives</p>
