Responsibilities: <p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities</em></strong></p> <p>Develop and implement cost center planning from beginning to end, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, cost visibility and provide cost center owners with timely financial information. Use deep cost knowledge to prepare accurate short and medium term forecasts; outlooks and estimates.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Will perform data analysis, understand trends, identify unusual expenses, anticipate gaps and raise recommendations to meet corporate/internal stretches. Summarize variances and develop and execute contra-measures.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Work with analysts across functions to build lean and standard planning models to drive better visibility and accuracy on the planning process, connect recent trends with base cost background and deliver solid estimates</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Drive cost visibility and accountability through Monthly/Quarterly meaningful analysis by country, region and growth center for the entire support functions spending in Europe</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Drive performance and costs optimization for the support functions; identify, communicate risks and opportunities and make financial recommendations to functional leaders in order to support smart cost management and operational excellence.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Solid financial partner of the functional leaders on costs management and strategic initiatives. Provide Cost Benefits and other ad-hoc analysis to support business decision making, aligned with organization goals.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Provide support to the Functional Support Director on the design and implementation of a new centralized cost center management structure: determine cost centers by function, country, GC&rsquo;s, specific and share in order to ensure accuracy and consistency across the region for both planning and actuals tracking.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Contribute to develop guidelines/policies and best practices and ensure proper adherence across all the European business entities</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Support closing process for assigned cost area to ensure consistency, accuracy and completeness of financial reporting: promptly analyze preliminary actuals figures on real &ndash;time basis, review accruals/re-classes to ensure accuracy of monthly/quarterly financials, communicate and drive any correction required.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Discuss unusual variances with the functional owners and update the &ldquo;unusual&rdquo; tracking template.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Contribute to develop timely and standard KPI&rsquo;s and cost management metrics to analyze business performance and provide visibility to key stakeholders.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Manage FP&amp;A consolidation and overseeing of the HQ entity</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Execute process migrations and transition to the new created delivery model.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Identify, lead and execute process improvements and automation opportunities to continuously improve tools and outputs.
