Overview: <p class="_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body">As the Senior Finance Manager for this production facility, you will be one of two front line managers responsible for the US production company. In addition to taxation, controlling, and accounting topics, you will have significant reach into the business operations to drive business and meet forecasts. You will work closely with production management to ensure production is running on orders, confirmations are released and signed, and the top line is under control. You will maintain a strong connection with headquarters in Europe in regards to pricing, volume, customers, and much more. Responsibilities: <ul> <ul>Finance/controlling management of a mid-sized production plant Collaboration with the management board for forecasting, budgeting, and so onOversees all accounting and financial statementsCommunication with the state administration authorities, auditors, responsibility for the preparation of the annual financial plan and year-end forecastsResponsible for the preparation of the annual financial plan of the site following the established development strategiesCoordinates the branch's economic activity in accordance with legal regulationsEnsures auditing of accounts, guarantees compliance with applicable financial and legal standardsMethodically manages and coordinates accounting/financial processes and controllingLeads team of 6&nbsp;direct subordinates (financial accounting, controlling, IT)Other duties as assigned</ul> </ul>
