Overview: As the General Manager for Aftermarket parts, you will take an existing portion of our client's business and take it to the next level. The ideal candidate will have the chance to play a major role in the overall growth strategy of this company. This candidate is to set a strategy and deliver supporting growth for the current &lsquo;parts&rsquo; business plan. This will involve analysis of the market strategy as well as development and implementation of a fresh new market approach.&nbsp; The ideal candidate will have experience developing an online presence and e-commerce platform around a high-quality brand with a solid market reputation. This role has full P&amp;L responsibility for the United States market.<br /><br />This role is an opportunity for a candidate who has motivation, drive and energy. Your track-record of growing an aftermarket parts business together with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking will be critical to your success. This role truly embodies the entrepreneurial spirit!
Responsibilities: <br /> <ul> <li>Develop the strategy and execute the operating plans to achieve goals including, revenue, margin and overall profitability of the business. Will ultimately be the P&amp;L leader for the Aftermarket Business.</li> <li>Development of a strong online presence and e-commerce operating platform will be a major component of the initial operating plans.</li> <li>Meet the daily, monthly and annual operating KPI&rsquo;s for the business.</li> <li>Will lead the operations team responsible for the daily execution of the business.&nbsp;</li> <li>Develop and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variances&nbsp;</li> <li>Lead and develop the team to achieve goals.</li> <li>Act as critical friend to the Innovation, Technology and Process Improvement teams</li> <li>Partner with leadership to manage cost center expenses and ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.</li> <li>Identifying and communicating all risks and opportunities</li> <li>Provide management with financial advice and counsel by supplying ongoing, timely, and meaningful financial analysis of actual performance, business plans, and projects</li> </ul>
