Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to become a senior part of a highly-motivated, hard-working team that enjoys what they do!<br /><br />Together with the Revenue Management team, this candidate will conduct revenue workshops around Europe to make recommendations for pricing changes. This candidate will play a critical role in gaining buyin with business leadership by building value for change. Revenue Management is a core contributor to business improvements in revenue optimization and the development of new pricing strategy. <br /><br />In addition to these contributions, our client is looking for someone who can take ownership of the utilization of external data opportunities and statistics. Your energy and new ideas will bring high exposure with the leadership team. Our client also offers customer career development and values their team members!
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Streamline, optimize and digitalize core business processes across all functions and regions</li> <li>Identify implementation opportunities to optimize all revenue streams to then shape and drive initiatives together with the countries (including roll-out)</li> <li>Conducting projects related to capacity, price elasticity and customer segment analyses at different sites/cities/countries and deriving tariff models and products</li> <li>Setting up tools to monitor KPIs and measure success of projects</li> <li>Ongoing analysis of tariff models, KPIs and market conditions</li> <li>Conducting workshops and internal trainings with countries</li> <li>Documentation of processes/methods as a usage of best practice</li> <li>Support other departments in pricing topics&nbsp;</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>A degree in economics or similar</li> <li>5-8 years relevant pricing experience</li> <li>Experience in the travel industry preferred</li> <li>Excel and Tableau expert level</li> <li>Advanced data analysis skills</li> <li>Basic knowledge of programming language</li> <li>English fluent, additional skills in German or French preferred</li> <li>Mobile, flexible and motivated</li> <li>Willingness to travel globally up to 25%</li> <li>Team player that inspires others</li> <li>Leadership skills IT basic knowledge</li> <li>Excellent empathy and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to present confidently to senior leadership regularly</li> <li>Proactive and creative thinker</li> <li>Analytical skills</li> <li>Self-motivated Proven ability to professionally lead and control projects&nbsp;</li> </ul>
