Overview: We are looking for an experienced&nbsp;Executives who have built a successful network of colleague and client relationships over the years.&nbsp; &nbsp;As a Partner, you will be responsible to build a portfolio of&nbsp;clients who would partner with our firm for executive search mandates. You will manage the client relationship and lead any search you are involved with, but COI will provide a team of recruiters and research staff to provide all the sourcing and screening support for each search.&nbsp; &nbsp;Your territory is anywhere in the world and you can work across industry.&nbsp;<br /><br />You will be compensated through a profit based plan, uncapped earning potential!
