You will work closely together with international key account managers and colleagues for sourcing opportunities and building optimal results. This position will also capitalize on a candidate's technical knowledge of injection molding production processes and work closely with R&amp;D, engineering,and other areas of the company. Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Work closely with headquartersand keyaccount team to acquire business with new and established international customers located in China.</li> <li>Identify and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in China and international headquarters for companies with the potential for future alliances</li> <li>Work closely internally with the international headquarters as well as the technical entity in China to compose quotes containing technical and commercial information for customers</li> <li>Function as lead negotiator with customer</li> <li>Follow customer projects closely and support</li> <li>Project Management with customer communication and renegotiating any project deviations</li> <li>Closely monitorand anticipate market trendsand customer requirements to influence technologyand product development</li> <li>With European headquarters, work together to establish ambitious sales targets for the region that are in line with the global company strategy for growth and profitability</li> <li>Maintain meaningful and productive relationships with internal stakeholders such as engineering and R&amp;D</li> <li>Through support of regional marketing strategiesand tradeshow attendance, work to improve company awareness in the China marketplace</li> <li>Other duties as assigned</li> </ul>
