Overview: <p>This position is responsible for specific brands within the global organization, develops and executes the relevant branding plans. The position holder works with internal and external partners such as Advertising Agencies to define and refine brand messaging, positioning and measurement. Working across all touchpoints, the role identifies ways the brand can be differentiated from the competition positioned across the North American and Global markets.</p> <p>The Brand Manager works closely with the partners in the sales channels to provide guidance and supports the commercial teams to benefit from <strong>successful lead management programs</strong> to identify and maximize opportunities, while measuring effectiveness using research, metrics and a variety of collection methods.</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Works closely with the NA and Global Marketing Directors and all commercial teams to define the brand communication plan</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Defines and monitors the overall branding plans and its communications strategy to include method, budget and performance indicators</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Divides time and resources to 85% on North American brand management and 15 % on global brand management</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Uses and manages internal and external resources, including Advertising Agencies support services for digital media and events needed in the implementation of the branding plan</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Sets the and manages budget within corporate guidelines</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Develops content and oversees websites and promotional materials and publications as they relate to the brands</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Reports to North America Marketing Director</strong></p> <div> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> <p><strong>Q</strong></p>
