Manager

Overview: The Business Development Manager - Export Markets will execute the strategy to grow the export business within targeted markets. You will use your knowledge of the construction industry to source business opportunities. Using your ability to develop and maintain strong relationships within direct and indirect channels, you will work closely with key partners such as architects, installers and distributors, to win projects.&nbsp; As a key contributor within the business, you will own a P&amp;L and will be the point person within the company for the sales process and execution of orders, developing business forecasts and reporting on progress within the organization.

Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications and skills</strong></p> <p>Experience in the construction industry, specifically the fa&ccedil;ade segment</p> <p>Previous overall P&amp;L experience</p> <p>Demonstrated success in growing export sales and managing key relationships</p> <p>Proven success developing new business across multiple country markets</p> <p>Team player</p> <p>Strong sales management skills across diverse cultures</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education and experience</strong></p> <p>Business degree preferred</p> <p>Strong technical expertise</p> <p>At least 5 years&rsquo; experience managing multiple market development, across continents</p> <p>Fluent English required &ndash; fluency in Spanish and/or Arabic a plus</p> &nbsp;
