Overview: <p>As C.O.I. continues to grow and expand business around the world, we are looking for a results oriented, dynamic Executive Search Consultant to drive the sales of the company.&nbsp; If you are a top Recruiter or Executive working with a capped income, you will have the opportunity to earn through an attractive un-capped commission based compensation plan and have the support of an internal staff to manage the research, interviews and administrative details to support your business.&nbsp; You can focus on building business without worry about time-consuming administrative details.</p> <p>Utilizing C.O.I.&rsquo;s technology to its fullest, the ideal candidate will establish relationships with new clients to obtain executive search contracts on an ongoing basis.&nbsp; The successful candidate will have the ability to fully understand and implement the C.O.I. business model, strategy and approach to market and achieve results within those business parameters.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Develop new business as well as build and manage own client base</p> <p>Ability to partner with our clients at the highest level</p> <p>Collaborating and consulting with the clients in defining job requirements, corporate culture fit and the candidate's competencies</p> <p>Final interviews of candidates on short list generated by C.O.I. Recruiters in your team</p> <p>Help generate and present C.O.I. solutions to clients search needs</p> <p>Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals</p> <p>Develop sales presentations for customers on C.O.I. services</p> <p>Lead presentations to potential clients</p> <p>Research, develop &amp; maintain long &amp; short range sales &amp; marketing plans</p> <p>Produce regular reports &amp; final plans for Partner approval.</p> <p>Monitor, analyze, &amp; communicate sales data, via contact management software, to contribute to product/service planning</p> <p>Maintain up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends &amp; government regulations</p> <p>Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and customers</p> <p>Communicate openly, honestly and constructively</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p>Previous Executive Search experience helpful</p> <p>Seasoned career in a leadership role with extensive experience and passion for talent acquisition</p> <p>Experience and ability to creatively identify and obtain new business and drive sales strategy for the company.</p> <p>Tenacious, day-in/day-out drive to exceed business goals</p> <p>Identify and implement strategies to expand the customer base and enter new markets.</p> <p>Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes</p> <p>Demonstrated experience building business and developing meaningful business relationships</p> <p>International citizen or experience working with a global company</p> <p>Define, communicate, and implement a compelling customer value proposition</p> <p>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English</p> <p>Willingness to travel</p> <p>Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills</p> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p> <p>Foreign language skills are a plus (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education</strong></p> <p>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in business or related field, Masters or PhD a plus.</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
