Manager

Overview: In this newly created role you will the Human Resources partner with top management to be a part of and contribute to the organization&rsquo;s implementation of state of the art global practices, attracting and developing the best talent and building a great brand.&nbsp;&nbsp; This position will help to ensure the business success by translating business strategy/objectives into HR initiatives, policies, and practices.&nbsp;
Responsibilities: <p>Manage the recruiting and hiring process in CZ and the assigned region</p> <p>Ensure all company Human Resources policies are well communicated and followed</p> <p>Provide clear and consistent communication to both employees and management</p> <p>Resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner</p> <p>Guide internal Human Resources structure and planning</p> <p>Create and develop employee training as needed,</p>
Requirements: <p>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</p> <p>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information</p> <p>Ability to handle multiple projects and be able to prioritize each project</p> <p>Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education and experience</strong></p> <div> <p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business, or similar field is required</p> <p>Five years related HR experience (preferably in International Company)</p> <p>Strong understanding of European employment law</p> </div>
