Overview: <p>The successful candidate is one who can work independently to drive results and oversee all aspects of multiple product development projects.&nbsp; The position of Project Manager utilizes strong communication skills to work with and influence internal teams across engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales and brand management. Excellent project planning and tracking skills will ensure assignments are achieved on-time and within budget while delivering a high level of product innovation and quality.</p>
Responsibilities: <p>Effectively oversee and support to drive all product management projects while working with multiple departments</p> <p>Work with key external suppliers</p> <p>Schedule and monitor work plans and provide regular program updates</p> <p>Keep project data base continuously updated</p> <p>Know technical and commercial requirements of projects</p> <p>Mentoring teams to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals and targets</p>
Requirements: <p>Strong project management skills, which include the ability to create project plans, drive projects, maintain project documentation and compliance with company processes</p> <p>Ability to handle multiple projects including scheduling, budgeting, and customer satisfaction</p> <p>Strong communication skills at all levels; detail oriented</p> <p>Strong team player with the ability to promote team work and overcome challenges</p> <p>Independent and able to drive results in a positive manner</p> <p>Experience with Stage Gate Product Development Processes</p> <p>Experience with ISO and the corresponding documentation and processes</p> <p>Advanced MS Office and MS Project (or similar program)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education and experience</strong></p> <p>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Systems Mgmt., or related field is required</p> <p>Certification as PMP, or similar, is preferred</p> <p>8+ years&rsquo; experience in Project Management, preferably in a durable goods manufacturing environment</p>
