Overview: <p>Our client is looking for an experienced Project Leader with a strategy consulting background as well as some experience supporting and driving digital innovation topics.&nbsp; Your international and cross cultural business experiences will complement their global project pipeline.&nbsp;&nbsp; As the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the business and their customers to identify and develop strategic growth initiatives as well as cutting-edge solutions through &nbsp;digital strategy.&nbsp; You will also draw on your excellent team management abilities as you not only drive the projects, but will also be responsible to lead teams, ensuring the execution of project objectives and timelines are met to company and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>Development of new&nbsp;strategies for customer base using digital solutions</p> <p>Execution of projects through hands on management of project initiatives</p> <p>Management of team dedicated to projects</p> <p>Collaborate and work with team on global project initiative</p> <p>Define through detailed analysis, solutions that ensure best practices for customer challenges</p> <p>Interact and work closely with top management and cross functionally on projects</p> <p>Improve and optimize existing platforms</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Reports to Head of Global IT Project Services</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
Requirements: <p><strong>Qualifications and skills </strong></p> <p>Demonstrated team leadership</p> <p>Project management, with a technical background</p> <p>Strong technical understanding</p> <p>General comprehension of programming environments &amp; ability to communicate at all levels; from CIO&rsquo;s to Technicians</p> <p>Ability to influence others, especially highly performing individuals</p> <p>Collaborative, team oriented</p> <p>Creative, ability to develop new ideas and concepts to support improvement of business processes</p> <p>Ability to present in front of top leaders with confidence and eloquence</p> <p>International savvy, ability to work cross culturally and understand other cultures</p> <p>Eager to learn, motivated to continually develop</p> <p>Analytical mindset, conceptual thinking capabilities</p> <p>Fluent English, other languages are an advantage</p> <p>Ability to travel internationally (about 30%)</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Education and experience</strong></p> <p><strong>University degree in Information Management, Computer Sciences, Physics, or Math</strong></p> <p><strong>One year minimum project management leadership experience</strong></p> <p><strong>5+ years of IT focused projects through consulting industry or minimum 20% of projects with digital technology touchpoints.</strong></p> <p><strong>ITIL is a plus</strong></p> <p><strong>Agile and Scrum are a plus, but not required</strong></p>
