Overview: <p>We are looking for an experienced Energy Industry Segment Manager to drive the Latin American region for our client's power channel business.&nbsp; Your demonstrated experience and expertise in areas such as market participants, application development, technologies, competitors, trends and industry know how, will drive your ability to&nbsp; develop strategy,&nbsp; implement new processes and projects.&nbsp; We are looking for somebody who has a pragmatic approach, who likes to be hands-on and understands how to be productive and effective in a matrix organization.&nbsp;&nbsp; Your fluency in Spanish and English is a must, Portuguese will be helpful. This role will cover the entire Latin American region.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Besides bringing relevant experience, we are looking for a real high performer. Responsibilities: <div> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> </div> <p>Provide expertise for the power segment</p> <p>Will develop business plans as defined for the business strategy.</p> <p>Develop regional strategy as well as execute corporate strategy</p> <p>Develop market plans for the region.</p> <p>Hold the responsibility to drive the business towards targets based on transparent and accurate reporting</p> <p>Ensure an accurate capture plan will be developed and implemented for specific projects</p> <p>Support specific projects for the region</p> <p>Be the interface between marketing and the business unit to ensure the activities for the roadmap</p> <p>Communicate all updates across the business for the region</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Reports to Segment Head</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
