Overview: <p>Mexico City candidates!&nbsp; We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead the Mexico sales and services covering multiple brands of commercial use equipment brought to market through various channels, including distribution, retail and onsite facilities.&nbsp; As the Country Manager, you will drive marketing initiatives, lead new business development projects and initiatives to support the long term growth plan.&nbsp; Additionally, as the Country Manager you will be our client&rsquo;s customer liaison in all issues related to the company&rsquo;s policies, objectives, products, pricing and promotions.&nbsp; &nbsp;We are looking for a hands on general management candidate who is dedicated and has a passion for success and is a results oriented persona.&nbsp;</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Develop and implement sales and service strategies in all sales channels including on site and retail segments through existing or newly identified distribution channels and including direct sales as required by segment or product brand.</li> <li>Lead, manage and be hands on in strategic growth project initiatives</li> <li>Develop, implement and manage sales and service programs and promotions to achieve growth and profitability while expanding market penetration.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Achieve country targets in time and on budget.</li> <li>Develop and manage strong overall business relationships with existing and/or new&nbsp; distributors to improve overall growth potential.</li> <li>Support on-site sales and service training of products and marketing strategies, promotions and policies for End Users, Distributor Sales and Service management and personnel.&nbsp; Support training of distributor personnel on tools available on the intranet and extranet and make sure distributors are using all appropriate tools.</li> <li>Manage marketing initiatives for country which are supported through HQ marketing team.</li> <li>Perform regular distributor performance reviews.</li> <li>Monitor market indicators and translate into business initiatives and attend trade shows and other networking opportunities.</li> <li>Oversee financial management for Mexico responsibility.</li> </ul>
