Overview: <p>As Carenet&rsquo;s Salesforce Admin, you&rsquo;ll join a talented, passionate and supportive marketing team dedicated to excellence and continuous improvement. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for all sales enablement activities&mdash; so whether you&rsquo;re managing our tech stack, customizing our Salesforce instance, or training our business development team on new tools, you&rsquo;ll be guiding and changing how an industry thinks about improving healthcare.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Daily administration of Salesforce instance</li> <li>Creating and maintaining Reports/Dashboards</li> <li>Technical troubleshooting</li> <li>Serve as subject matter expert by keeping up to date on best practices and tool enhancements</li> <li>Database ownership and hygiene</li> <li>Ongoing training of users</li> <li>Adapt page layouts, roles/profiles</li> <li>Maintain licenses and contracts</li> <li>Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide accurate recommendations and deliverables</li> <li>Lead larger development projects to create single source of truth in system via custom objects, workflows, look up fields, record types, page layouts, validations etc</li> <li>Create training resources for new system processes</li> <li>Develop user efficiency via automation/email alerts for team members</li> <li>Monitor/manage releases and feature changes</li> <li>Provide ongoing support for team around pipeline cleanliness</li> <li>Execute weekly robust pipeline reporting including trending analysis outside of Salesforce</li> <li>Continual Desktop support</li> <li>Manage/Develop KPIs</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Proficiency in sales enablement tools including Salesforce, SalesLoft and Sales Navigator</li> <li>7+ years of experience managing the sales enablement processes, preferably for B2B healthcare and BPO markets</li> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Advertising or similar</li> <li>Understanding of funnel strategy and selling to different buyer stages and audiences</li> <li>Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Outstanding attention to detail</li> <li>A self-starter with the ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously</li> </ul>
