Overview: <strong>General Statement of Responsibilities:</strong><br /><br />The Admissions Specialist will speak to prospective Caribbean Mountain Academy parents via telephone, at all times endeavoring to serve the best interests of the prospective family by learning their goals, identifying their needs for a program that will help them achieve those goals, and motivating them to begin that program using exceptional, enthusiastic service that consistently exceeds the prospective parent&rsquo;s expectations. The Admissions Specialist will work independently, as well as with other employees, to provide the prospective parent with the best opportunity for success.
Responsibilities: <p>Major Responsibilities/Activities:&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li>Represent and abide by Caribbean Mountain Academy Tenets of Culture</li> <li>Coach parents in the enrollment process</li> <li>Use hospitality-driven sales techniques to shepherd prospective parents toward enrollment, fully embodying the &ldquo;compassionate voice&rdquo; of the brand, often as first critical point-of-contact.</li> <li>Tracks statistics, gathers data, and writes reports. &nbsp;Assists departments in developing, reviewing, and updating policies and procedures relating to admissions based on past processes and student success rates</li> <li>Provide need-specific, accurate information to the prospective parents</li> <li>Assists with the development and implementation of program specific marketing and recruitment strategies</li> <li>Handle all communications in a casually professional and courteous manner, foregrounding humanity</li> <li>Services may include enrollment services, new student recruitment, community outreach, public information, and program specific promotional events</li> <li>Utilize email and related company communication platforms regularly throughout the day to communicate with other employees</li> <li>Performs other duties or responsibilities as required or requested</li> <li>Provides admissions counseling to prospective students</li> <li>Hae Mastered a framework in which he/she introduces the program to potential parents and consult with him/her until a student is placed in our program</li> <li>Have mastered a framework that ensures he/she performs at a higher level and gets the right things done</li> <li>Able to guide a potential customer through a framework in which he/she creates a clear message promoting our program so customers engage</li> </ul>
