You&rsquo;ll provide personal care, support meals and dining, and communicate important changes in residents&rsquo; conditions to the Health &amp; Wellness team. This role is key to ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, individualized care every day.</p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Follow each resident&rsquo;s service plan in a friendly, respectful, and supportive manner.</li> <li>Document changes in resident condition per company policy and state requirements.</li> <li>Support Continuous Quality Improvement by identifying issues and communicating them to leadership.</li> <li>Adhere to all company policies and regulations including HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control guidelines.</li> <li>Promote a safe working environment and report unsafe actions immediately.</li> <li>Report any suspected elder maltreatment or abuse according to policy.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with fellow Care Partners regarding resident needs.</li> <li>Assist with meal service including serving, clearing, and dining room cleanliness.</li> <li>Foster teamwork, respect, and positive interactions with residents, families, and coworkers.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li> <li>At least one year of caregiving or similar experience.</li> <li>Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.</li> <li>Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to communicate clearly in English and complete documentation accurately.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and show initiative.</li> <li>Compassion for and desire to work with older adults.</li> <li>Ability to meet health requirements including TB testing.</li> <li>Ability to pass required fingerprinting, background checks, and screenings.</li> <li>Certifications as required by state.</li> <li>Occasional weekend, evening, or night shifts as needed for coverage.</li> <li>Occasional travel may be required.</li> </ul> Must have CNA or HCA.<br /><br /><strong>Join Milestone to make a meaningful impact through compassionate care, teamwork, and resident-centered service.</strong>
