Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Administering medication as prescribed by the physician.</li> <li>Answer call lights.</li> <li>Complete documentation of care given.</li> <li>Follow residents' care plans.</li> <li>Report any abnormal findings/unsafe conditions.</li> </ul> <br />
