Overview: <p>Environmental Services Customer Service Workers are responsible for scheduling of work appointments, processing and maintenance of customer records, assisting customers and responding to inquiries, data entry, and program activity support.</p>
Responsibilities: <p>Duties may include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Receive and route telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide program information.</li> <li>Keeps track of received data and source documents.</li> <li>Data entry of alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic data from source documents.</li> <li>Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.</li> <li>Keeps records of work completed.</li> <li>Reviews error reports and enters corrections into computer.</li> <li>Files or routes source documents after entry.</li> <li>Understand and interpret internal materials codes.</li> <li>Provides routine office support.</li> </ul>
