Responsibilities: <p>Day to day status updates of jobs.</p> <p>Review of paperwork on completed jobs. Review of month-end reports.</p> <p>Answer smaller daily questions about jobs from crew leaders and assessors regarding contracts, billing and interpretation of standards and regulations.</p> <p>Speak with satisfied or upset customers, landlords and property managers.</p> <p>Set Crew schedules &ndash; crew team makeup and assignment to jobs.</p> <p>Oversee the scheduling of job appointment</p> <p>Closely monitor Job pool and work schedule progress and continuity.</p> <p>Facility maintenance management.</p> <p>Complete worker evaluations, employee development, personnel management.</p> <p>Hiring/promoting</p> <p>Training.&nbsp; Not field training, but everything else.</p> <p>Discipline</p> <p>Development of revenue generation enterprise</p> <p>Reinforce culture, vision and mission of CCES, make sure all staff is working as a team towards the same goal</p> <p>Working on long range/strategic projects</p> <p>Incident investigation</p> <p>Working and communicating with funders</p> <p>Making the final call on how to resolve the stickiest problems with customers, building officials, permits, etc. Judgment.</p> <p>Keeping safety foremost.</p> Coordinating and collaborating with other group managers.
Requirements: <p>Ability to organize, support and schedule work for maximum efficiency and personnel and resource utilization.</p> <p>Ability to supervise and motivate people, and work cooperatively with others in solving complex issues and problems</p> <p>Ability to perform job estimates and assessments, quality control inspections, weatherization, insulation and building repair work safely, efficiently, and effectively.</p> <p>Knowledge of state and local building codes, ordinances, and regulations; building code standards, terminology, and construction methods; occupational health and safety standards, inspection methods, procedures, and record keeping.</p> <p>Knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods, and practices involved in building maintenance and repair, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and safe work practices.</p> <p>Be systematic and patient in serving the needs of all customers especially those of low-income.</p> <p>Minimum of ten years experience performing duties comparable to that of the Environmental Services Manager at Central Coast Energy Services</p> <p>Possession of a California driver&rsquo;s license; vehicle insurance, and a good driving record.</p> Possession of a current valid California Contractors State License Board class B license or the ability to acquire one.
