Helping people buy and sell homes is one of the most important and basic services in real estate.&nbsp;Outside Sales reps are experts in the process of buying and selling property, financing, government programs, and more!</p> <p><span style="font-size: 10.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana',sans-serif;">The rewards of a real estate career are a potential for high earnings, status within the community, time freedom, helping others, and more! The intellectual challenge and the satisfaction from those accomplishments is limitless. Your first year earnings should exceed $100,000 a year, we have agents earning over $150,000 per year.</span></p>
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Prospect and lead generation.&nbsp;</li> <li>Be proactive in your networking mindset to build and maintain business relationships with a number of people.&nbsp;</li> <li>Respond quickly to online buyer and seller leads. Follow up is important for conversion.&nbsp;</li> <li>Manage all leads in&nbsp;our advance CRM&nbsp;database system, set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.</li> <li>Prepare and analyze Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) before all listing presentation appointments.</li> <li>Schedule&nbsp;appointments and convert appointments to buyer and listing agreements.</li> <li>Communicate with team members, clients, and all other parties to ensure clients&rsquo; needs are met.</li> <li>Present and negotiate all offers to purchase with clients and the agents representing prospective buyers.</li> </ul>
Requirements: <ul> <li>Must have an active South Carolina real estate license</li> <li>Must be attentive, detail-oriented, hardworking</li> <li>Top earning Agents routinely work evenings and weekends</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability.</li> <li>Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.</li> <li>Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps, Social Media and the ability to quickly learn new systems.</li> </ul>
