Overview: Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions. The Accounts Payable Specialist II has an increased level of experience, expertise and responsibility.
Responsibilities: <ul> <li>Reviews, audits and enters vendor invoices into NetSuit</li> <li>3 way match PO to receiving to invoice</li> <li>Preparing and uploading large AR data files into NetSuite</li> <li>Interacts and resolves problems with vendors, internal and external customers</li> <li>Reconciles vendor statements</li> <li>Performs audit and compliance review of corporate credit card activity</li> <li>Answer all vendor inquiries</li> <li>Reconciles invoices to weekly wire transfers</li> <li>Responsible for the void check process</li> <li>Printing checks or ACH processing</li> <li>Assist with accounts receivable with AR vs AP reconciliations</li> <li>Executes internal controls related to assigned areas and tasks</li> <li>Print accounts payable reports and maintain files</li> <li>Completes work to meet departments weekly and monthly deadlines</li> <li>Coaches and assists internal customers on AP issues</li> <li>Maintain high level of confidentiality and awareness</li> <li>Performs special projects as requested by Management</li> <li>Prepare, maintain and reporting of 1099 records</li> <li>Assist with other projects as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>**MAY PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED**</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h4><strong>DISCLAIMER</strong></h4> <p>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
