Overview: <span data-contrast="auto">The Senior Manager of Forecasting and Performance is a pivotal role in driving organizational growth through student enrollment, insight in budgetary processes and operational excellence. This role optimizes operational excellence and data-driven decision making for network enrollment. This role also brings insight and recommendations for acquisition of new families and retention of current families by using historical data, research, competitive intelligence, data science, and deep analytics to optimize marketing and enrollment performance.</span>
